Service Description

Backyard Explorers is a seasonal natural science and art program for grades K-2nd. It is held Tuesdays in Chico and is a 4-hour drop off program where children will engage with and observe seasonal changes. Some activities include: hands-on discovery sessions, gardening, chicken tending, art projects, outdoor games, and read aloud time with nature-themed living books and poetry. Join the fall semester class for just $150 per month, billed monthly, or save 10% by paying $675 upfront! Charter School funds from South Sutter, Lake View & Feather River may also be used. (We are currently in the process of becoming a vendor with Core Butte) Registration fee: $50
